Il corso ha tra gli obiettivi formativi l'acquisizione dei fondamenti della Gasdinamica e in particolare dell’analisi dei moti in regime compressibile; l'educazione all’impiego dei metodi elementari per il calcolo dei flussi supersonici e dei moti unidimensionali e la risoluzione di moti dissipativi con metodi integrali, con riferimento agli scambi sia di quantità di moto sia di calore.
